Training plans are usually written in three-week microcycles, so we send you all three weeks in one go the week before your start date. If you sign up between microcycles, you will automatically be enrolled in the next three-week period.
The letter contains a description of who exactly we recommend the given training plan to. Of course, the training plan itself. Current information about the event and articles compiled by our experts on the topics of updates, nutrition, and injury prevention.
The training plan is just a guide. We hope it fits your everyday life and schedule, but it will mostly need to be adapted. Feel free to customize it for yourself, you can deviate from the given distances in 10-15%, and you can also rearrange the days. It is important that the proportions are maintained both in terms of running-rest days, as well as in terms of distances and intensity.
You can always find a description of what running background and running ability you need to join a given training plan in the given letter.
If you have any questions, e-edzes@futanet.hu We are waiting for your letter to the address and Gabriella Barát, the project manager of BSI E-training, will contact you soon.
